GelFoam Recipe....Whipped Jello!

  1. Place 8 oz of ice in mixer bowl
  2. Microwave 8oz of water to boil in another bowl
  3. Mix in 1 small box of sugar free jello, stir and dissolve
  4. Pour contents over ice in mixer bowl and stir until dissolved
  5. Mix at highest speed until thoroughly foamed, about 5 minutes
  6. Ladle gelfoam into glasses or bowls; let stand in refrigerator until set, about 30 minutes
  7. Serve with phough
NOTE: if you use a large box of jello, double the quantities of ice and water
