- Place 8 oz of ice in mixer bowl
- Microwave 8oz of water to boil in another bowl
- Mix in 1 small box of sugar free jello, stir and dissolve
- Pour contents over ice in mixer bowl and stir until dissolved
- Mix at highest speed until thoroughly foamed, about 5 minutes
- Ladle gelfoam into glasses or bowls; let stand in refrigerator until set, about 30 minutes
- Serve with phough
NOTE: if you use a large box of jello, double the quantities of ice and water
