Potato Salad

5 potatoes
1 or 2 cucumbers
3 apples (winesap or granny)
2 or 3 dill pickles
½ large onion (sweet) (optional)
A little pickle juice
2 or 3 tbsp salad dressing.


Cut potatoes, cucumbers & apples into middle size pieces. Cut pickles & onion into small pieces. Mix all ingrediants.
