Spanish Chicken

4 ½ -5lb. frying chicken cut up
1 C. chili sauce

2 T. brown sugar
½ cup water if needed

Brown chicken in oil and drain on paper towel. Place chicken in baking dish. Make sauce of chili sauce and sugar. Mix and pour over chicken. Bake at 325 degrees for 1@1/2 hours. Don’t cover.
